Finding a therapist can be overwhelming, but you are already on the right path. I have over ten years of experience working extensively with both adolescents and adults. During that time, I have learned that one of the most important parts of therapy is building a strong relationship between clinician and client. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to get the most out of therapy.

ABOUT ME
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Connecticut, New York, and Washington, D.C. I am also authorized to practice virtually in over 40 states through PsyPact. I received my undergraduate degree from Union College with a major in psychology, and my Doctorate of Psychology from the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.
EXPERIENCE
I was trained eclectically, meaning I pull from various modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness, based on my clients' specific needs. I have worked in hospitals, clinics, and schools, but have found it most fulfilling working closely with individuals and couples in private practice.
